But now, new laws are in place, aimed to protect borrowers from themselves. It’s easy to tell, from mere statistics of how defaults are caused, that business loans cause the least defaults. To simplify things, the change isn’t to torture people; it is to save people from defaults. And this method of forcing people to go after the “best” type of loan is just the way to do it.
